"Work hard and play hard." There is always a need to seek a work-life balance, so we have modified the PC Engine GT gaming console, by replacing the original board by a mini computer - the Raspberry Pi.
The Hu-Card slot for the System Card at the back of the console was modified as a SD card reader. This transformation was a real challenge as both Hu-Card and the SD cards are very slim.
The gaming console is rechargeable. After prolonged testing, we found that the battery life is about 2 hours of continuous operation, which is quite short in terms of gaming.
The Screen of PC Engine GT was replaced by a wider 4:3 LCD Screen.
It is powered by a 3.7V lithium battery, and rechargeable by a USB cable.
The CD Rom 2 System Card was modified as a SD Card converter.
